When will my order ship?
We are shipping orders as fast as possible. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. It can take up to 24-48 hours to update.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE Standard shipping for U.S. orders over $60 to the continental U.S. Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All of our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of gluten and parabens.
Can you replace an order that was damaged in transit?
While we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 30 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. Please contact us at email@example.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. If the product is deemed defective we will replace the product at no additional charge.
