A Message From Our Team

We would like to start this off by saying thank you. Your support means so much to us. Whether you've purchased any of our products, liked our posts, or even just visited our website, thank you for taking the time out of your day to do so. It gives us the motivation to keep moving forward and striving to do better.

As you may already know, if you keep an eye on our Instagram, we recently lost one of our most important team members to suicide. More than just a member of our team, Raven was one of our best friends and hardest working co-founders. This loss affected us immensely and we're still in the process of healing. During this time it has been very hard for us to return to work, as it doesn't feel the same without Raven's cheery, joyful voice giving us the encouragement and guidance it once did. There was a lot of internal debate about whether we could and whether we should move forward without them.

Ultimately, we have decided that in order to honor Raven's vision, we will continue the work that they dedicated countless days and hours to, we will continue our mission of creating high quality products ethically and humanely, and we will operate with renewed focus on supporting organizations and initiatives that provide support and awareness for mental health issues.

We are so grateful for all of your kind words and condolences, and we will do our best to make Raven proud. We love what we do, and we love that we have the opportunity to do it. Thank you for giving us a chance.

Witching Hour Palette Shipping Updates

Earlier this month we sent an email to people who ordered the Witching Hour Eyeshadow Palette apologizing for not making it clear that they were preordering the palette. If you didn't receive the email you probably did not click the box that would enable us to contact you while you were checking out.

To summarize: We initially only had a limited number of palettes available for sale and any orders received after those ran out were essentially preorders of the next production batch. If you ordered before they ran out, you likely received your order already or will be receiving it soon. Once again, we apologize for not making this clear. We didn't consider putting a note on the product page, however we won't make that mistake again.

If you would prefer to request a refund instead of waiting for the next batch to finish production, please contact us. If you have already requested a refund, it is in progress.
